1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We review the site regularly and make improvements as we add new pages and features.
2. What we do
- Clear headings and page structure for screen readers
- Text descriptions (alt text) on meaningful images
- Readable color contrast and resizable text
- Full keyboard navigation, including menus and FAQ answers
- Hours, addresses and phone numbers written as plain text, not images
3. Third-party tools
Some features, such as the contact form and Google reviews, are provided by outside companies. We choose providers that support accessibility, but we don't fully control their content. If one of these tools gives you trouble, contact us and we'll help another way.
